Loved the stunning location and delicious food. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our holiday enjoyable and comfortable. the views from the pool were breathtaking and the handmade steps leading up to our room were beautiful. the rooms were clean and spacious with beautiful balconies. the pool was amazing, although a bit chilly for our liking.

Wish there were some small notes offered to guests about the power sockets and how to turn on the hot water. It would have been nice to have some kind of insect protection in the rooms.

I had such a fantastic time at this hotel! The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The view from the pool was absolutely breathtaking, and I couldn't get enough of it. Plus, the food was absolutely delicious with lots of variety to choose from. I also loved the attention to detail in the rooms, especially the beautiful views from the balcony. It was definitely great value for the price!

All in all, everything was perfect!

My stay at Riverbank Resort was simply amazing. The views from the cabana were breathtaking, overlooking the beautiful river and surrounded by nature. The food was delicious, especially the cocktails. The house was in great condition and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met. I highly recommend this hotel for a truly memorable experience.
