Choosing this hotel for a synod was a wise decision. the meeting facilities were well-equipped, and the shared lounge provided a relaxed setting for discussions.

The staff was accommodating, and the lagoon view added to the overall experience. Cons: I wish the hotel had offered high-speed internet for uninterrupted work connectivity during the synod.

The location by the lagoon was serene, allowing for wildlife sightings. the welcoming staff, including the security guard, and the well-designed restaurant area added to the pleasant stay. the swimming pool was a highlight, offering a relaxing escape. Nearby landmarks like the Batticaloa Museum and Kallady Beach provided opportunities for family bonding and exploration. the resort's unique setting within a coconut forest added a special touch to our stay, complemented by the extra boat tour to listen to the singing fish in the lagoon at night, which was a memorable experience. the pool with jacuzzi and the friendly staff made this a delightful retreat.

The beautiful property offers a clean pool with a Jacuzzi, friendly staff who found and returned our lost tripod, and walking distance to Kallady beach. the food lacked authentic East coast cuisine flavors. The room was cramped with no AC and the shower was unpleasant. Staff disorganization and slow service marred an otherwise pleasant stay.

Great return stay. Staff found my lost item at first stay. Everything I need here: Free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, Outdoor pool, Spa, Laundry. Coming back for next trip soon.

Idyllic setting, fantastic sunset swims, accommodating staff, efficient restaurant system, spacious and clean rooms.

For us it was ideal.

The pool and Jacuzzi were lit, perfect for chill vibes. the staff were super cool and friendly, making us feel at home. Plus, the lagoon view was epic for late-night chats!

Wish there were more late-night party options for us young peeps, like a groovy dance floor or a cool hangout spot with loud music.

I adored the charming décor and peaceful ambiance of the hotel’s gardens. the pathways were wide and flat, making it easy for us seniors to stroll around and enjoy the beautiful surroundings without any obstacles.

The lagoon views were amazing, and there were some good spots for food nearby. the porch outside my room was great for chillin'. the spa could've been cleaner, but overall, it was a solid stay. 😊.

the pool - with a jacuzzi - was super clean and relaxing. loved how close it was to a beautiful lagoon - perfect for a chill time. the staff found our lost tripod and were so kind to call us back right away. their service is top-notch!

Just stayed at a hotel near a beautiful lagoon. LOVED the room with a view on the lagoon. Jayanthy at reception was amazing! Would go back. Pools even better in person! .

Menu needs improvement. Limited and non-authentic East coast cuisine.

We found the hotel's cleanliness top-notch. the facilities are modern and the staff friendly. It's conveniently located by the river, a short walk from the beach.
