We had an unforgettable romantic escape surrounded by stunning lush greenery. the beautiful architecture of the hotel provided us with amazing views from the mountain slope where we were located. We loved the peacefulness of the environment, with monkeys, birds, and butterflies surrounding us. the staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, always making sure all our needs were met. the demonstration of the cooking process of local dishes during dinner was not only entertaining but also mouthwatering. the spa facilities were perfect for a relaxing day.

At times, the service was too overwhelming, with waiters constantly wanting to know what we wanted to eat for every meal. We would have appreciated more understated service, with staff available when needed but not over our shoulders.

Luxurious amenities and exceptional service This hotel exceeded my expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Spa & wellness center was perfect for relaxing, and the infinity pool overlooking the stunning natural surroundings was an absolute highlight. the staff was attentive and fulfilled all my needs with great care in the private facilities offered. the magnificent sun terrace and beautiful garden area provided an ideal spot for leisure activities.

Limited dining options the only minor downside was the lack of dining options with no outdoor dining area available and the restaurant served limited menus. Despite this, the packed lunches provided were delicious and packed with flavor.
