The Sea Horse Hotel & Spa in Negombo was a peaceful oasis with a comfortable pool area and beautiful gardens. The rooms were spacious and clean with a good quality mattress. The location was perfect, being within walking distance of the main street and the sea. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant was delicious.
