We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and always available to help us. They arranged a tuk-tuk for us to visit the tea factory and waterfalls, making our sightseeing experience convenient and enjoyable. The hotel's location, right in front of the lake, provided us with breathtaking views throughout our stay. Additionally, the cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options and was served at our preferred time. this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

Excellent service, helpful staff, arranged many things, appreciate his help. Nice and clean guesthouse, nicely equipped, big room, new bathroom. Fantastic view of lake, heater in room. Friendly staff, always there to help, arranged tuk-tuk, amazing view. Comfy and nice room, heater provided, breakfast cooked anytime.

No complaints.

the location was absolutely stunning. Situated on a hill, I had a breathtaking view of the surrounding landscapes from my room's balcony. It was the perfect spot to relax and enjoy my morning coffee. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. They were always willing to assist and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Lastly, the breakfast provided was delicious. I loved the variety of options available, and it was a great way to start my day.

All in all, my experience at this hotel was great and there is nothing major that I would suggest for improvement.

During my xmas stay, I appreciated the stunning views of the lake from my hotel room and the friendly staff who were always willing to assist. the hotel's proximity to local transport made it easy to explore the surrounding area.

The rooms were often chilly and would benefit from better insulation, and the walk down to the hotel in the evening was poorly lit and uncomfortable. the hotel seemed overpriced considering some of the shortcomings in the accommodations.
