serenite ella exceeded our expectations in ella! the amazing surroundings, spacious chalet, and helpful staff, especially ramesh, made our stay unforgettable. the breakfast and view from the terrace were simply gorgeous. if we come back, we know where we'll be staying!

The room was spacious and clean, and the view from the balcony was breathtaking. the location was ideal, with easy access to the city and a peaceful atmosphere.

One of the chalets could have been cleaner, with bugs present. the rooms were inconsistent in size and quality.

The highlight of my stay at Serenite was waking up to the sound of monkeys playing on my balcony. It felt like I was in a movie, witnessing nature up close. The staff were extremely helpful in arranging transportation and providing local information. The breakfast served on the balcony was delicious and the view of Ella Rock and Mini Adam's Peak was simply breathtaking. The interior of the hotel was beautifully designed and added to the overall charm of the place. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. Despite the simplicity of the villas, the incredible view made up for it.

Wow - what a fantastic place! The view is stunning, you can't get a better view in Ella! The host was lovely and made sure we were looked after. The balcony breakfast was incredible. If you're wanting a romantic stay or just some jaw dropping views then this is the place to stay!! The staff really made our stay enjoyable. So friendly and helpful, always ready to give advice and helped us book transport. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was more modern than expected. Breakfast and dinner were lovely. Laundry service was the cheapest and quickest we have experienced! The location is great, slightly away from the city, with an amazing walk down.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, providing us with everything we needed during our stay. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, offering a panoramic vista of the surrounding forest. The location was convenient, just a short walk or tuktuk ride to the bars and restaurants in the area. We also indulged in a wonderful massage, which was the perfect way to unwind in the middle of our trip. The food at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced. it was a great experience.

I recently stayed at Serenite in Ella for a few nights. The staff were superb, always helpful and had a smile on their faces. The view from the room was breathtaking, especially during sunrise. We even had the pleasure of watching monkeys play on our balcony. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and a bathtub offering a delightful view. The hotel offered great value for the money, with delicious food and an overall fantastic experience.

Had a great time over xmas at this hotel. Loved the spacious and stylish room with a comfy bed. The view from the balcony was amazing, especially during sunset. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short walk downhill to town and the option to take a tuk tuk back up. Enjoyed the peacefulness and serenity of the surroundings.

There were a few small issues during my stay. The staff struggled with English and communication was a bit challenging.

The value for money at Serenite was excellent - clean rooms, comfy beds, and stunning views. The location was peaceful, away from the busy main road but still close enough to get to the village center. The staff went above and beyond, making our stay truly unforgettable.

The breakfast selection could be improved with more variety.
