The location of the hotel is convenient, just a short walk to the lake. The room was clean and comfortable, providing a nice bed and shower. The hotel offers transfer services to nearby destinations, which was convenient for us. a great option for families with children.

after our recent stay in kandy, we were pleasantly surprised by sevana city. the staff were welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the rooftop pool provided a tranquil escape. the sri lankan set menu was a highlight, offering delicious dining with stunning views of the city.

We stayed at Sevana City Hotel in Kandy for three nights and absolutely loved it. The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city, as it was within walking distance of the train and bus station. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and clean, with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom and shower were simple but sufficient. It was easy to get around Kandy, either by walking or taking a tuktuk, which were conveniently available right in front of the hotel. a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were lovely and greeted us warmly upon arrival. They even gave us a cool towel to freshen up, which was a nice touch. Our room was upgraded and it was luxurious, with modern fixtures and a very comfortable bed. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel was conveniently located close to the city center and transportation hubs, making it easy for us to explore. The breakfast was amazing, especially the Sri Lankan yogurt. this hotel had excellent cleanliness, convenient location, and friendly staff.

Nothing that we didn't like.

The beds were amazing, very comfortable with good quality sheets and comforters. the homemade jellies at breakfast were a great touch. the staff, especially the restaurant staff, were excellent and attentive. the rooftop pool was a nice feature to cool off in while enjoying the hustle below. the location was convenient, with easy access to the bus depot and train station.

There was only one plug to charge devices or use a blow dryer, which was inconvenient. the room cleaning service was lacking as they didn't clean the room despite us being out on a day trip.

The hotel is perfectly situated in the center of the city, near all tourist attractions. I was delighted with the attentive and friendly staff who made me feel welcome and offered great service. The room I stayed in was equipped with basic amenities and had a very comfortable bed. The breakfast served on the rooftop was delightful, with beautiful views of the city and delicious homemade jams.

The bathroom drainage could be improved.

During my Christmas stay, I loved the fact that the hotel provided excellent customer service and welcomed us with cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks upon our arrival. The staff were friendly and accommodating, assisting us in arranging transportation and providing helpful recommendations for activities and attractions in the area. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast was exceptional, offering a variety of delicious options that catered to different tastes and preferences. The location of the hotel was also a highlight, being conveniently close to popular sights, making it easy to explore the city.

I was disappointed that the hotel did not serve alcohol. While this may not be a concern for everyone, it would have been nice to have the option to enjoy a drink, especially during the holidays.

It was also conveniently close to the train station, which was a huge plus for our day trips.

The noise from the road that could be heard in our room. If you are sensitive to noise, it might be best to request a room away from the road.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel situated near the bus and train stations. The location was perfect for exploring the city and we could easily walk to the Temple of the Tooth. The room was comfortable with a big, cozy bed and a clean and modern bathroom. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious and provided a great start to our day. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a smart TV in our room for watching Netflix in the evenings.

The Wi-Fi connection was not very reliable, so it was a bit frustrating trying to connect to the internet.
