I recently stayed at a charming English-style cottage in Nuwara Eliya called Sherwood Cottage. The hosts were incredibly helpful, providing lots of information and arranging a driver to take us to Horton Plains. The view from the cottage was stunning, located high on a hill, and the cottage itself was simple, clean, and cozy. The breakfast was delicious, and we enjoyed the warm hospitality of the owner and her sons. I highly recommend this hotel for its great value and beautiful surroundings.

At Sherwood Cottage, we got great value for our money with a beautiful room, two floors, and a balcony with an amazing view. The location was perfect, and the staff treated us so warmly and went above and beyond for my friend's birthday celebration.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was if it had been ready on time both days.
