I recently stayed at Sky Pavilion in Kandy for a few days and it was an absolute delight. The modern decor and fittings were impressive, and the large bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt like I was sleeping under the stars with the sparkly lights in the ceiling. The view from the room was breathtaking, overlooking the mountains and river. The food at the hotel was reasonably priced and delicious, and the staff, especially Chadu, were incredibly helpful and attentive. The location of Sky Pavilion, away from the hustle and bustle, provided a peaceful and quiet retreat. I also appreciated that they allowed guests to bring their own alcohol. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Not one thing.

Stayed at this beautiful hotel for 4 nights and had an amazing experience. The staff went above and beyond, always available and ready to help. The food was excellent, especially the Sri Lankan option for breakfast. Loved the made-to-order breakfasts, a nice change from buffet-style. The views from the hotel were breathtaking, and we even had a sunset dinner overlooking the stunning landscape. The yoga classes on the top terrace were a memorable experience. The hotel has a nice, simple, and bright decoration, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Monkeys around the swimming pool added some fun to our stay.

We stayed at the stunning Sky Pavilion for a week and it was truly a taste of heaven! The manager arranged airport pickup and welcomed us with fresh fruit and a refreshing watermelon drink served inside a watermelon. The staff was incredibly helpful, organizing a tuk-tuk to visit the beautiful temple and a romantic candlelit dinner on the rooftop with an unforgettable view. The food, especially the Sri Lankan rice and curry, was outstanding. The breakfast, made to order, was a delight. Yoga sessions on the top terrace were unforgettable. The hotel staff made us feel at home and we can't wait to return!
