This hotel in the old fort offers great value for money. The colonial architecture and spacious rooms with lovely designed bathrooms are a treat. The breakfast served in the courtyard outside is delicious and the staff is friendly and attentive. The location is perfect, being quite near the center of the Galle Old Town.

We had an amazing stay in the heart of Galle Fort. The location was perfect, just off the main shopping street with a fantastic restaurant opposite. The room was comfortable and equipped with air-conditioning and fans. The bathroom had basic toiletries and a hairdryer. The service was friendly and helpful, with the owners offering assistance in planning our day and even providing a tuk-tuk. The breakfast was delicious, one of the best we had in Sri Lanka. We also enjoyed the cozy sitting areas outside the lobby and upstairs. It truly was a wonderful experience.

We had a wonderful stay at a hidden gem in Galle. The rooms were comfortable and the outdoor seating areas were perfect for relaxation. The breakfast, with its fresh fruit, delicious coffee, toast, eggs. The staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The location was superb, allowing for leisurely walks around the fort and easy access to the nearby beaches. I highly recommend this hotel.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel and the festive decorations were pretty good. The building was located conveniently in the heart of the town, just next to the major shopping area. The room was kept clean and tidy, and the staff were courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread was decent. There was a fridge in the room and the air conditioning worked fine.

The room I was in was small and cramped, with hardly any natural light coming in. The window overlooked the courtyard, which meant I had to keep the shades down for privacy.

I stayed at Small House in Galle for a few nights with a group, and it was a perfect choice. The villa has 3 bedrooms, providing both privacy and a cosy atmosphere. Its location in Galle Fort is fantastic, just off Pedlars street where you can find plenty of restaurants and shops. Despite being in the heart of the action, the hotel is tucked away on a quieter lane, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a unique and charming decor. The staff is attentive and accommodating, making sure all our needs were met. a great place to stay in Galle Fort!

The breakfast portions were so generous that we felt guilty for wasting food. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, recommending great places to eat and activities to do. We loved the fresh breakfast every morning, especially the delicious coffee. The rooms were cleaned and tidied every day, which was a lovely surprise. The teapot used for breakfast was so good that we ended up buying the same one for ourselves. The location was ideal, with plenty of walking around and easy access to the local beaches.

The rooms needed better sealing as we were bitten by mosquitoes at night, despite the measures taken. We were also surprised by an unexpected 34% tax when checking out, which should have been highlighted beforehand.
