I stayed at Sun N Sea for 5 nights and it was a fantastic experience. The secluded location at the end of the beach made it a perfect choice for a quiet and relaxing getaway. The friendly and attentive staff made me feel safe and well taken care of as a solo traveler. The breakfasts were delicious and the service was top-notch. The balcony overlooking the sea provided hours of pure enjoyment, and the hotel's charm and familial atmosphere made it a memorable stay.

I had the most amazing stay at Sun N Sea. The location was absolutely stunning, right on the beach with a breathtaking view of the ocean. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great shower. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcomed throughout my entire stay. Despite some minor inconveniences like the nearby road noise and the distance from the central tourist area, I would highly recommend Sun N Sea Hotel in Unawatuna. I had a fantastic experience and would definitely return in the future.

Located right on the beach, this hotel offers stunning views of the waves. The rooms on the ground floor have comfortable beds and very nice views. The staff is friendly and attentive, making sure that your stay is enjoyable. The breakfast included in the price is delicious and satisfying.

No room for improvement, everything was perfect.

This hotel had a gorgeous colonial feel with wooden floors. The big room on the first floor overlooked the sea, providing a stunning view. The ensuite was large and the aircon kept the room quiet and cool. The hotel had excellent facilities, including reliable Wi-Fi and a handy safe for valuables. The long verandah was a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the sound of the waves while sipping a drink. The hotel's location at the far eastern end of the beach gave it a private and quiet atmosphere, away from the busier cafes and restaurants. The owner and staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The room itself is basic but comfortable, with amenities like a safe and open clothes rack. The spacious, clean bathroom comes with hot water, and daily room cleaning is done. Located away from the crowded Unawatuna, it's a short walk to the beach and there's a convenient wine/bottle shop across the street. A peaceful and enjoyable stay guaranteed.

The view from the upper floor room was stunning. The beach area was not crowded, allowing for a peaceful stay. The room was basic but comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and hot water. The daily room cleaning was appreciated. The location was perfect, away from the busy area but still within walking distance to the beach. The breakfast was good with a variety of fruits. Ameen was responsive to queries.

I was extremely happy with the value for money at this hotel. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities like AC, mosquito net, and hot water shower. The location was perfect, right on the beach with stunning views, and the staff treated me with great kindness and efficiency throughout my stay.

Beautiful garden with trees, sunset beer spot. Helpful cleaning lady and manager. Welcoming and exceeded expectations. All rooms have ocean view. Family room accommodated 5 of us comfortably. Pleasure falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the ocean. Excellent food selection, great lobster, pizza, prawns, deviled dishes. Friendly servers/bartenders. Pleasant reception staff. Would not hesitate to return and recommend to family and friends. Best hotel in the area.

The beachfront location was a major plus, with easy access to the ocean and breathtaking sunsets. Additionally, the hotel offered a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from. It was a great way to start the day and fuel up for exploring.

The room itself was a disappointment. It lacked natural light, with no windows, and felt quite dim and uninviting.

Amazing beachfront location, friendly and helpful staff, delicious food, clean and comfortable rooms, great value for money.
