The room was clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable stay during our Christmas vacation. We particularly appreciated the daily breakfast, which had a variety of options and was always prepared with care. The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to nearby yoga studios, restaurants, cafes, and the beautiful beach just a stone's throw away. It was convenient to have everything we needed within walking distance.

There were a few aspects that left us disappointed. This was quite inconvenient, especially during the colder mornings.

We had a fantastic stay at Surf & Sand Hotel in Arugam Bay. The rooms were clean and comfortable with AC, and the outside seating area was a nice addition. The owner, Mubarak, took great care of us, organizing everything we needed and even cooking delicious meals for us. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and close to the main point. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were varied and tasty. Highly recommended!

Nothing not to love.
