Jaw-dropping history and nature combo, incredibly WELCOMING STAFF, exceptional food, elegant decor, cozy rooms.

The hotel room we had was awesome! Perfect spot for catching an early flight, and they even hooked us up with a quick brekkie before we hit the road. the garden area was a cool spot to chill, and the pool was rad for a quick dip. Only downside was coming back late from dinner and finding ourselves locked out. But, there's always a tuktuk ride away from some action. Keen to go back! 🌺

We found the hotel's proximity to the airport extremely convenient, being just a short drive away. the gorgeous gardens and pool area made for a serene atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a long flight. the well-kept facilities and the delicious breakfast served at the hotel restaurant added to our overall pleasant experience. the staff were exceptionally warm and accommodating, making us feel right at home.

We hit up the Hotel Triplets Entertainment and Family Zone, had a blast! the rooms were mega cozy, and the pool area was 🔥. Perfect place for the squad!

Stayed at this hotel during my recent trip to Negombo and it was such a pleasant experience. the room was cozy and clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. the outdoor swimming pool was a great spot to relax, and the lush garden area added to the tranquil atmosphere. the breakfast served was delicious and I loved the Sri Lankan curry. It was so nice to have such a beautiful property so close to the airport.

The distance to the beach, which required a short tuk-tuk ride. While it was peaceful to be away from the main beach area, it might not be the most convenient for a short overnight stay.

the team went above and beyond to accommodate my needs, from arranging transport for early morning departures to providing helpful local advice. the beautiful surroundings, delicious food, and clean facilities only added to the overall wonderful experience. the only downside was a minor issue with being locked out of the property one evening, which was quickly resolved.

The room was cozy with a fireplace, perfect for a relaxed evening in. the staff were super friendly and made me feel right at home, adding to the overall chilled vibe.

I personally found the positioning of light switches and plug points next to the bed a bit inconvenient.

I was impressed with the user-friendly interface of the database and the wide range of search options available.

The response time for some search queries was slightly slower than expected, but it did not detract significantly from my overall experience.

musty-smelling towels were a downside.

The place was a hidden gem, way better than the big hotel chains. the old house and modern wings combo was unique, with spacious rooms and a beautiful pool area. the staff went above and beyond, making us feel welcomed and well taken care of. the gardens were like a little paradise, perfect to relax and forget about the noisy outside world.

The towels had a strange smell, like old smoke, which was a big turn-off. the quality of the restaurant food didn't quite match the lovely setting, leaving us slightly disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. From the moment we arrived at Swanee Grand, we were greeted with warmth and care. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They even arranged for someone to accompany us to the PCR center and organized affordable transportation to the airport. the food was delicious, the rooms were clean and nicely decorated, and the pool was a lovely addition. We felt at home and would highly recommend Swanee Grand for a memorable stay.
