We had an amazing stay at Freedom Resort! The value for money was unbeatable and the room was clean and comfortable. The location, just a short walk from the beach, was absolutely beautiful. The staff treated us with such kindness and made us feel right at home.

The food for breakfast could have been more varied.

Our stay at Freedom Resort was absolutely enjoyable and relaxing. The resort is nestled in a beautiful setting, surrounded by nature, and we were delighted to witness hundreds of fireflies in the evenings. The room was spacious, clean, and provided a comfortable retreat for our family. The beach, although accessed by steep and slippery steps, was stunning with calm, shallow waters perfect for children. The breakfast offered was delicious, and we found the value for money to be excellent.

However, the location of the resort was praised by many. Situated on a hill overlooking the beach, it provided a peaceful retreat far away from the hustle and bustle of nearby towns. Guests enjoyed the serene atmosphere, with the sound of waves as their lullaby. the resort's swimming pool and restaurant on the terrace offered fantastic views of the beach, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind.

Some guests mentioned that the rooms were not up to par, with broken showers, uncomfortable beds, and thin walls.

Beautiful setting, nature, fireflies, big and clean room, friendly and helpful staff.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Wow, what an incredible view! the location of this hotel is unbeatable, with breathtaking scenery that makes you feel like you're living in a postcard. the spacious rooms were clean and cozy, making me feel right at home. the friendly staff were always smiling and ready to help, and the delicious breakfast kept me full for hours. Plus, the beach was just a short walk away. I couldn't ask for a better place to start my day.

The only downside of this hotel was that some of the staff struggled with English, which made communication a bit difficult at times. while the walk to the beach was short, it was a bit tricky to find the hotel at first.

The location of the hotel is perfect, being right next to the beach. You can easily walk to the beach and also to nearby restaurants. The view from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, giving you a beautiful backdrop while you enjoy your meals. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with good mosquito nets around the beds. The breakfast provided is included in the room rate and is really good, offering both Sri Lankan and Western options.

The room could benefit from brighter lights, as they can be quite dim.
