I had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Kalutara. The hotel facilities were great, with a spacious and immaculate room. The staff provided consistent and helpful service throughout my stay. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of options and the food quality and taste were on par with a city 5-star hotel. The location of the pool and sunset view provided the perfect background for incredible wedding pictures.

The location was fantastic, with the hotel right by the beach. The staff at Tangerine were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make my stay enjoyable.

I had a wonderful experience at a beach resort in Sri Lanka. The hotel had undergone some much-needed refurbishments, which made a noticeable difference. The check-in process was smooth, thanks to a very helpful and welcoming trainee receptionist. The service from the staff was excellent, with everyone displaying good manners and a friendly attitude. The restaurant, coffee shop, and pool bar provided delicious food and a wide variety of options. The rooms were spacious and clean, with well-maintained facilities. The hotel also offered a range of activities, including a gym, spa, and indoor games. my family and I had a great time and left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of minor downsides. The food and beverage service staff needed some additional training, as there were a few instances where they got our orders wrong.

Stayed at Tangerine for 2 nights, visiting a game park during the day. Enjoyed the beachfront location, beautiful gardens, and clean, comfortable rooms. Excellent staff - allowed us to use the facilities and shower before our evening shuttle. Friendly and helpful front office staff. Reasonable prices and delicious buffet for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Sri Lanka.

Great weekend getaway. Loved the location of the hotel, close to the beach and with plenty of cafes nearby. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always willing to help. The food was delicious and had a good variety, especially for vegetarians. The rooms were clean and well-maintained. The tour company we used, Asya Tours, provided excellent service and tailored our excursions exactly to our liking.

Room for improvement. The beach had construction going on during our stay and was smaller than expected.

As a backpacker, I loved the friendly staff, clean rooms, and free upgrade. The breakfast buffet was perfect and the in-room dining was excellent. The prices were reasonable and the front office staff were very helpful. Most of the staff always had a smile on their faces.
