The contemporary decor and friendly staff made my business trip comfortable and enjoyable. I particularly liked the lounge area with comfortable chairs and TV. The breakfast had a nice variety to choose from, and the meals were delicious. The location was convenient as it was within walking distance to two beautiful parks. What's more, the staff assisted me in organizing a private tour of the city.

Although the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, it lacked enough wall outlets and a wardrobe to hang clothes. Another minor inconvenience was the lack of instructions on how to use the hot water system, and soap and shampoo were not provided in the bathroom.

The value for money at Edgware was unbeatable! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great experience. The attention to detail was superb, with the room equipped with everything I needed, including a small heater for those cooler nights. The location was perfect, tucked away from the noisy main road but still easily accessible with the help of a Tuk-Tuk.

Our stay at the Edgware was fantastic. The modern building and clean, spacious room made us feel right at home. The friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We were delighted to have the choice between English and Sri Lankan breakfast, and the combination option meant we had a generous amount of food to fuel us for the day. The highlight of our stay was when the hotel manager surprised us with a birthday party, complete with a decorated room and a delicious birthday cake. It was truly a special experience. The location, while not the most ideal, was still within walking distance of the city center and the hotel even offered a free ride. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the temperature fluctuation in the shower and the slow hot water, our overall experience at Edgware was exceptional. We highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The location of this hotel is fantastic, as it is close to all the main attractions. Guests have mentioned that they were able to easily visit Horton Plains and the waterfalls with the help of the hotel's arranged driver. The rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The staff is also commended for being friendly and helpful, always going the extra mile to satisfy guests' needs.
