heritage hotel galle fort exceeded my expectations with its prime location in the heart of galle fort, clean and nice rooms, and friendly staff. the hotel's stunning architecture and courtyard added to the overall charm of our stay.

The staff at The Heritage Hotel were attentive and kind, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The property itself is beautiful, with a historic and colonial feel. I particularly loved the charming verandah where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea. The gardens were exquisite, adding to the overall ambiance of the hotel. The breakfast menu had a great variety of options, including delicious fruit and delightful cakes. the hotel provided a comfortable and relaxing experience.

Everything was spot on.

I recently stayed at The Heritage Galle Fort for 2 nights with my family. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town, close to museums, shops, restaurants, and the sea. The staff were friendly and kind, and the room was clean. I especially loved the spaciousness of the suite and the bathtub in the washroom. The terrace had a great atmosphere, making us feel like we were truly experiencing the heritage of the area.

the exclusive amenities offered in the room were exceptional. the picturesque garden area was well, kept and provided a relaxing atmosphere. the hotel restaurant provided a diverse range of delicious dishes.

The location of the hotel could be better situated. I found that it was a bit far from some of the major attractions, making traveling a bit time, consuming.

I had an incredible stay at the Warm and kind hospitality at Heritage Galle Fort. The location was perfect for exploring the area, and the hotel itself had so much character. The rooms were tastefully decorated with wooden furniture and had a cozy, authentic feel. The staff were friendly and helpful, making sure I had everything I needed during my stay. The power shower in the bathroom was amazing, and the fluffy white towels were a nice touch. I had a fabulous experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
