I recently stayed at a charming hotel just outside the village of Ella and had a fantastic experience. The staff at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a large bathroom and very comfortable beds. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious breakfast, especially the great pancakes. Additionally, the hotel's location offered amazing views of the 9 arches bridge.

The staff are attentive and helpful, providing a truly special experience. The location offers breathtaking views and is perfect for walking. The food, including afternoon tea, breakfasts, and evening meals, is deserving of awards. The rooms and facilities are superb, and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable about Sri Lankan culture and attractions.

The Secret Ella Passara is nestled in the midst of a beautiful tea plantation, providing a stunning backdrop for my stay. The hotel's location is excellent, as it is just a short stroll away from the famous Nine Arches Bridge and the Little Adam's Peak. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with attention given to even the little details. The staff are friendly and provide exceptional service, making me feel welcomed throughout my stay.

No major complaints - everything was ok.

The location of this small hotel was perfect for our Christmas vacation. We had a stunning view of a famous rail viaduct and could easily walk to Nine Arch Bridge and Little Adams Peak. the hotel staff were friendly and helpful, and the food served in the garden was good. We especially enjoyed the generous servings and the fact that the hotel had just completed a bar area.

Although the location was ideal, we found the amenities to be very basic. the staff in the dining area were not properly trained, and there wasn't much choice for local food.
