Very new, modern, and clean. Lovely pool and rooftop terrace with ocean view. Convenient location near restaurants and shops. Helpful staff.

From the moment we stepped foot into this incredible hotel, we were blown away by the amazing service and attention to detail. The rooms were not only impeccably clean, but also stunningly beautiful, with all the amenities we could ever need. Despite the small size, the pool was still a pleasant surprise, offering a refreshing escape from the heat. The roof terrace was absolutely jaw-dropping, providing the perfect spot to relax and soak in the evening atmosphere. The efforts of the hotel manager and staff were truly commendable, ensuring that our stay was nothing short of amazing. The room itself was spacious, the bed unbelievably comfy, and the AC worked like a dream. The breakfast spread was mind-blowing, giving us the perfect start to our day. We also couldn't ask for a better location - just a short walk away from numerous fantastic restaurants and away from the expensive hotel strip. our stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations, with the added bonus of a small pool and a TV in the room.

We stayed at a hotel that was just across the street from the beach, making it easy for us to access the beautiful coastline. The location was also convenient as there were plenty of good restaurants within walking distance where we could enjoy delicious meals. the hotel had a nice swimming pool where we could relax and unwind after a long day of exploring.

We were disappointed that the hotel did not provide a hairdryer in the rooms.

suite 262 was a pleasant surprise. the modern rooms and attentive staff made for a comfortable stay. great location by the beach with restaurants nearby. exceeded expectations after my previous stay in negombo. highly recommended.

Limited breakfast options.

The hotel is in a great location, close to all the shops and restaurants you need. the staff were really friendly and always helpful. One of the best things about this place is the breakfast, it was excellent. the Wi-Fi connection is decent, and the room was clean.

The pool is small and shallow, so not great if you want to swim or meet other travelers. Another thing that wasn't great was the aircon unit in my room, it wasn't as cold as I would have liked.

For the price we paid, we got great value for our money at Suite 262. The room was modern, clean, and spacious with a comfortable bed and a large terrace. The location was fantastic, right by the beach and close to restaurants and a mini market. The staff were friendly and always willing to help.

The breakfast menu could be improved with more variety.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was refreshing for a late night dip. The hotel was well situated close to some restaurants, and fairly close to the airport. The staff accommodated our late night airport pick up. The owner was often present, and very chatty and helpful.

Mosquitoes! We didn't ask for a plug-in repellent - we should have.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is just across the street from the beach. You can enjoy beautiful sunsets and have a good time on the beach. There are also some great restaurants around the hotel, so you have plenty of dining options. the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making it a quick and easy 20-minute drive away.

Some guests mentioned that the staff were not very friendly, which could be a downside to the overall experience.
