We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, with everything perfectly clean and tidy. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the restaurant area where we could relax and enjoy the view even if we didn't want to eat there. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Transportation was convenient, with easy access to the city center. The location itself was amazing, surrounded by beautiful tea plantations and offering a breathtaking view of the hills. The breakfast served was delicious and satisfying.

The hotel is a bit far from the town and requires a tuk, tuk ride to get there, especially at night. Tuk, tuks don't always hang around near the hotel, but the owner was helpful in arranging them when needed.

I had the most incredible stay at a hotel with a spacious room and an extremely clear view of the Namunukula mountains, the three arches bridge, and a Tea factory. The location of the hotel on top of the mountain provided a conducive and clear environment, and it was easy to travel to the city of Ella within 10 to 15 minutes. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel very welcome. The room was clean and comfortable, and the food at the hotel's restaurant was delicious. I highly recommend this hotel for its incredible views, friendly staff, and comfortable rooms.

They even offered a tuk tuk ride to and from the hotel, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The hotel also had spa facilities, which were excellent. We also had the opportunity to take a cooking class, which was a unique and enjoyable experience.
