Clean room, corner window with English TV. Friendly staff arranged tuk tuks and drove us to the train station. Nice view, good breakfast. Cozy space, green fields, communal bathroom was clean. Want to come again, recommend to anyone visiting.

The staff was friendly and attentive, even going out of their way to accommodate my wife who was ill. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the rooms and the delicious homemade Sri Lankan food. The view from the dining area overlooking the green fields was delightful. The manager was helpful and welcoming, ensuring that we had a pleasant stay.

Mountain views, relaxing location. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfiest beds in Sri Lanka. Great food and drink nearby. Accommodating manager, good breakfast. Lit candles after power cut. Clean and comfortable room with nice view. Super nice and caring staff, helped with tuk tuks. Flexible checkout and even drove us to train station. They prepared food when wife was ill. Room with private shower provided.

Spent my Christmas in this hotel and it was a great experience. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel at home. the hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions, which made it easy to get around. the food was excellent and had a home-cooked feel to it which I loved.

The room was not up to par. The bed was really hard, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I recently had a really pleasant stay at a hotel in Nuwara Eliya. the location was ideal - not far from the center and just near the lake, making it easy to explore the area. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Additionally, the rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the basic amenities I needed, including a private shower. Lastly, the breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of dishes to choose from, and the view of the surrounding area made it even more enjoyable.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic, and there was really nothing that could be improved.
