The hotel is in a great location, right by the beach and close to the main beach in the area. The rooms are in good condition and clean, comparable to what we have experienced in other 4-star hotels in Europe and Asia. The breakfast buffet offers a good selection of food, including a variety of choices. the hotel has two or three swimming pools, including an interesting glass swimming pool and a warm red pool.

The restaurant can be quite expensive and has limited choices, prompting guests to eat elsewhere.

The staff were friendly and helpful, great location right on the beach, comfortable rooms with a sea view option, delicious buffet breakfast with a variety of options, enjoyable happy hour at the bar.

I had an amazing time at this place! The location is perfect, right on the beach. I loved waking up to the sound of the waves and being able to take a stroll along the shore whenever I wanted. The buffet breakfast had a wide selection of delicious options, and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I especially enjoyed the swimming pool view from my balcony. it was a luxurious and comfortable experience.

I highly recommend this hotel, especially for families. The staff was great with my toddler, and there are plenty of activities and amenities for kids to enjoy.

Located just down the beach, this hotel offers a convenient location close to the main beach in Unawatuna. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities such as wifi and TV channels. The shower pressure is excellent and the breakfast is adequate. The staff are friendly and try their best to provide good service. The beach chairs and pools are enjoyable, offering a nice space to relax and unwind.

The vendors on the hotel property can be persistent and intrusive, making some guests uncomfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at the beach hotel in Unawatuna. Upon check-in, we were warmly welcomed with cold towels and refreshing welcome drinks. The staff were incredibly hospitable, always wearing smiles and going above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the necessary amenities including a bathtub. The hotel is conveniently located near the beach, making it easy for us to soak up the sun and enjoy the beautiful sunset. The food was delicious, although we wished for a wider selection on the a la carte menu. The hotel offered a variety of activities including a see-through pool which was a unique and enjoyable experience. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service, cleanliness, and ideal location.

Great view from the balcony and the pool area is really nice. the hotel offers a good variety of activities making it easy to have a fun time. the breakfast has plenty of options and the fresh fruit is great.

The hotel room furnishings are outdated and need to be replaced soon. the bathroom is old and we had issues with the water leaking out.
