We had a great time bike riding in the jungle at this resort. The atmosphere was truly special, surrounded by the beautiful setting of the jungle. The rooms were very nice and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. The resort also offered free bicycle use, allowing us to explore the nearby village and lake. The manager was pleasant and helpful, offering advice on the area and providing a good selection of paid activities. The traditional Sri Lankan breakfast was wonderful, and dinner was also of good value and quality.

The shower could have had better reliability and pressure.

Our stay at Vaana Resort was absolutely delightful. The room was spacious and immaculately clean, with a gorgeous bathroom and comfortable amenities. The location was perfect for exploring the cultural triangle, and we had easy access to Polonnaruwa and the Hurulu Forest reserve. The staff at Vaana Resort went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met, providing excellent service with a friendly smile. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool and taking in the beautiful surroundings, filled with an abundance of birds and butterflies. The breakfast at the restaurant was delicious and satisfying, and the staff even accommodated our children's needs with great care. I highly recommend Vaana Resort for a perfect stay in Habarana.

Not obvious to find.

During our Christmas trip, we had a really good time in the hotel. the breakfast was splendid and the staff was very accommodating. the location provides easy access to walk to nearby areas, which made the stay even more enjoyable. the scenery was breathtaking.

The room's lock was difficult to use, and lighting of outside areas felt quite inadequate. Some paths were uneven and there was no outside lighting in our section.
