The hotel has a fabulous location right on the ocean shore, offering sweeping views of the Indian Ocean. the rooms, especially those on the top floor, are lovely and tastefully decorated with beautiful artwork. the outdoor dining area provides a unique experience, where you can enjoy delicious meals while overlooking the ocean. the staff is very sweet and always accommodating, ensuring that meals are served promptly and with a smile. the pool is a good size and well-maintained, perfect for relaxing while listening to the calming sound of ocean waves.

One area that could be improved is providing more information to guests upon arrival. Clear instructions about hotel operations, such as how to access pool towels, pool hours, and restaurant hours, would enhance the guest experience.

We stayed at Villa Atulya for a week and it was an incredible experience. The property is beautifully designed with a beachfront location, perfect for relaxing with a big group. The open lawn, pool, and huge balconies were a great addition. The staff was friendly and attentive, even cooking delicious food for us. The rooms were comfortable, offering superb views of the ocean. The sound of waves hitting the shore was therapeutic. The pictures don't do justice to the personal villa feel, private pool, and spacious bedrooms with modern amenities. The breakfast was massive, delicious, and freshly cooked. The artwork, antique furniture, and tasteful decor added a special touch. The location was also great, with the added bonus of spotting sea turtles swimming near the hotel gate.

The view from our room was breathtaking, overlooking the private pool and the deserted beach. The staff were extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The food was delicious and we especially enjoyed the Tuna Steaks and Chocolate Brownie. The location was perfect, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

The lack of information provided upon check-in about how the hotel operates was a minor inconvenience. The distance to the center of Mirissa required either a tuktuk ride or a long walk up hills and uneven paths.

The staff at the hotel was extremely friendly and attentive. They provided top-notch service throughout my stay. The food at the hotel was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Location-wise, the hotel was situated in a peaceful and quiet area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city.

That there was some construction work happening nearby, which caused noise during the day. Additionally, the bed in my room was a bit too soft for my liking.
