We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel deep in the hills. The location was perfect, offering stunning views of the surrounding jungle and providing a peaceful and secluded atmosphere. The staff here were simply amazing, going above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment during our time here. They were always friendly, thoughtful, and attentive to our needs.

If you're looking for a peaceful retreat close to nature, this hotel is the perfect choice. Located down the hill from a railway station, the surroundings are so close to nature that you can even spot different colored birds flying around the treetops. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped, with amenities like AC, fan, tea and coffee, and water. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service and local knowledge. Breakfast is a treat, especially the delicious home-baked bread. the garden with its productive plants like curry leaf, papaya, and avocado adds to the overall charm of the place.

The rooms were spacious and stylishly decorated, providing us with utmost comfort. The staff was incredibly attentive and helpful, making us feel truly looked after. They arranged all our travel and recommended great local food places. The food at the hotel itself was also delicious, and we even had the opportunity to have dinner on a terrace with breathtaking views. This place truly exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We couldn't be happier with our stay at this beautiful hotel. The value for money was excellent, and our room was stylish, spacious, and had a stunning private terrace. The staff at Villa Shenandoah went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful experience, from organizing tours and finding train tickets to providing a baby seat and crib. Their hospitality was top-notch.

One small improvement could be made in the breakfast offerings, perhaps by adding more variety to the menu.

The party people loved the stunning views, beautifully decorated rooms, infinity pool, and amazing food at Villa Shenandoah. The staff, especially Dinuk and Hasita, took care of all their needs and provided excellent service. They highly recommend this hidden gem for experiencing the beauty of the area.

I had a wonderful time at a peaceful getaway in Kandy. The view from my room and the pool was simply breathtaking. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect, even during countrywide power outages. The food was delicious, and the entire experience exceeded my expectations. Despite a few minor drawbacks, I highly recommend this hotel. it was a fantastic stay.

The staff were so friendly and welcoming! They made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. the food was also amazing - we loved the local dishes and fresh bread. the view from our room was breathtaking, and we really enjoyed relaxing by the pool.

The location is a bit remote, so it was difficult to get to if you didn't have a car. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, so it was hard to stay connected at times.

The staff were incredibly kind, helpful, and welcoming. The food was superb, and the room was amazing with a balcony and great views. The location was quiet and away from the busy city. 10/10 stay and would love to go again!
