I recently stayed at Villa Taprobane for a few nights during my visit to Sri Lanka. The hospitality provided by Shamilla and her family was outstanding. They were extremely helpful and gave great recommendations for local restaurants. I also appreciated the early tea they provided before my early morning trip. The bicycles available for guests to borrow were a nice touch, although one had a flat tire. The house had a beautiful garden where I could relax, and the hosts even cooked dinner upon request. a fantastic experience!

My stay at Villa Taprobane was absolutely delightful. The hosts were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I had a wonderful experience. They even accommodated my vegan diet without any issues. The food they served, both breakfast and dinner, was delicious and very reasonably priced. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all the necessary amenities. The location was also convenient, being close to the airport and away from the hustle and bustle of the city. I highly recommend Villa Taprobane for a pleasant and welcoming stay in Sri Lanka.

The room was quite comfortable and the bed was great for a good night's sleep. the location was also convenient, not too far from the airport, which made for an easy journey upon arrival. the staff was friendly and helpful when I had a few questions.

The bathroom was less than ideal. It appeared as though it had not been cleaned recently and therefore did not live up to my expectations.

The host and her family were incredibly friendly and helpful. They assisted us with transportation and provided excellent breakfast and dinner. The rooms were clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and amenities such as AC and mosquito nets. The location was peaceful and quiet, away from the noisy tourist center.

Nothing negative to say.

The staff at the tour desk were so accommodating, they could arrange anything from cycling to horse-riding. Villa Taprobane was a great place to relax, and oh boy, the homemade breakfast and dinner were absolutely divine. The 24-hour front desk and free parking were just the cherry on top.

Oh, I really struggled to find anything negative about my stay. Guess I'll have to go with the fact that I didn't want to leave!

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. I loved the location in a nice neighborhood near the beach, making it a perfect choice for a peaceful getaway. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that our stay was comfortable. The rooms with a beautiful garden view were delightful, especially the ones with a private bathroom and balcony overlooking the garden. We were even surprised with balloons and candles, adding a special touch to our experience. And let's not forget the delicious breakfast served with a lovely garden view.

All was just perfect during our stay at this hotel.
