The staff here are amazing, always making sure I felt welcome and looked after. They even provided a welcome drink upon my arrival! The service here is top-notch, with room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping always available. And the best part? The sauna and jacuzzi on the sun terrace, perfect after a long day of exploring.

The lighting in the hotel was quite poor, especially on arrival which made it feel quite cold. the check-in process was unpleasant and delayed because of IT problems, which left us with no choice but to leave our bags and come back later.
