Enjoyable Stay with Excellent Service

During our recent stay at Best Western Princess Hotel, we experienced exceptional service from the moment we arrived. The friendly receptionist welcomed us warmly and provided all the necessary information, including the Wi-Fi login details and a surprise voucher for a complimentary dinner at the hotel's restaurant. As a BW Platinum member, it was a pleasant surprise to receive such special treatment.

Our room, although on the smaller side and slightly dated, was comfortable and had a good bed with plush pillows. We had a restful night's sleep, thanks to the cozy ambiance.

I had a great experience staying at this hotel. the location is unbeatable, right in the heart of the city's central business area. Everything was within walking distance, from restaurants to the concert hall. Secondly, the attention to detail and service were commendable. The rooms were clean and had nice beds, ensuring a comfortable stay. Additionally, the breakfast spread was impressive, with a variety of options and freshly squeezed orange juice.

All in all, everything was ok during my stay.

The location of the hotel was perfect. Within walking distance to the industrial district and the shopping areas, it offered the best of both worlds. the staff were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, clean, and had a comfortable bed. the playroom for kids was a great bonus for family travelers like us.

Staff were nice but seemed understaffed, making it harder to navigate around and get what we wanted from the buffet. it was still a good stay though, and the location made up for any negative aspects.
