our stay in visby was lovely, and this time at best western was even better! the location was perfect, with everything within walking distance. our large room had a beautiful sea view, and the parking was convenient. the cozy ambience and delicious breakfast made our stay memorable.

Radiator couldn't warm up the room.

Great location to enjoy the city since it's just a short walk to all the main attractions. the room was clean and comfortable enough to catch up on some much-needed sleep. the staff was friendly and welcoming. A plus side was the fantastic breakfast selection and the fact that they serve coffee.

The bathroom was very small and cramped, making it hard to move around. There was a faint smell coming from the pipes but it didn't linger.

The location was perfect, just a short walk from the old town and close to the ferry terminal. We were able to easily explore all the sights in Visby. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good variety of options and the waffle-maker was a nice touch.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location couldn't have been better, as it was just outside the city wall of Visby. Everything was within walking distance, and it was especially convenient being close to the ferry to Sweden. The service was top-notch, with excellent room service and laundry options. The room amenities were also great, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. We loved the sitting area and the terrace, where we could enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, as we were able to stay connected throughout our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting this wonderful island!

our recent stay at this hotel exceeded all expectations. the front desk staff, especially Ellen, were incredibly helpful and made our visit enjoyable. the breakfast buffet was fantastic with a wide variety of options. great location near the medieval wall and easy to explore the city.

Shower water pressure could be improved.
