This hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, with a stunning view of the river right outside. In the summer, you can enjoy a delightful breakfast outdoors while admiring the scenic surroundings. The rooms are spacious and modern, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout your stay. The complimentary breakfast is of high quality and offers a wide variety of options. the hotel offers free tea and coffee throughout the day in the restaurant.

The hotel lacks a proper bar or entertainment options for guests.

We had an amazing and charming stay at this luxurious hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. They were always available to answer any questions and provide recommendations. The room was impeccably clean and welcoming, with a lovely welcome note waiting for us. The hotel offered complimentary tea and coffee throughout the day, and a delightful Swedish Fika in the afternoon. The restaurant staff was attentive and the chef accommodated our dietary restrictions with delicious and healthy meals. The hotel also had a fascinating connection to history, with free entry to the nearby museum and tasteful decorations showcasing the industrial heritage of this place.

It's a waste to label this place as anything less than extraordinary. Highly recommended for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had a fantastic stay at Clarion Collection Hotel Bolinder Munktell. The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the river. The staff was friendly and always went above and beyond to assist me. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the newly refurbished bathroom was a nice touch. I also enjoyed the complimentary afternoon tea and evening meal, which added exceptional value to my stay. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Eskilstuna.

The hotel lacked clear directions to reception, and the parking was not free for non-members. the room was basic with old furniture and non-functioning reading lamps.
