The value for money was great, and the room was comfortable with plenty of amenities. The location was perfect, right next to the train station and within walking distance to everything. The staff were amazing, always helpful and kind.

The breakfast offerings could be improved by ensuring that all the tables are cleaned promptly to provide a more pleasant dining experience.

As a backpacker, I loved the convenient location next to the central train station. The hotel's top floor pool with a stunning city view was a great feature. The room was comfortable and there were fantastic bar and restaurant options within the hotel. I also appreciated the choice to donate points to charity instead of having the room cleaned.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is superb, right next to the central station and all major tram lines. We were able to easily explore this city's hot spots on foot. The rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. In addition, the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. The staff were all very friendly, helpful, and polite throughout our stay. The breakfast provided a delicious and extensive selection, including options for vegetarians. We also enjoyed the rooftop pool, which was a cool and refreshing amenity.

I recently stayed at a wonderful hotel in Gothenburg for 3 nights. The location near the central station made it incredibly convenient for getting around. The bed was extremely comfortable, especially for someone like me with a bad back. The staff were friendly and efficient, always ready to assist. The outdoor pool was a highlight, with warm water and breathtaking views. The breakfast selection was delicious and had something for everyone. It was truly a memorable stay.

I also loved the heated pool, it was a perfect way to relax. The two-room suite was nice, although it could have had more natural light. a wonderful stay with great service and amenities.

Although this venue doesn't offer assistance with bringing our bags to our room, we were still able to easily settle in ourselves. It would have been even better if the staff had provided a receipt when requested.
