We stayed at this hotel during our trip and we were pleasantly surprised by its central location. It was so convenient to be right in the heart of the town, with shops and commercial services just a few minutes walk away. The room amenities were great, with a comfortable sitting area and a delicious in-room breakfast. We also loved the bar/lounge area, where we were able to relax and enjoy a drink after a long day of exploring. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The highlight was definitely the breakfast, which was simply exceptional. The bar and restaurant offered amazing views, and the staff was incredibly helpful and skilled. I was impressed by the security presence near the lifts during the busy evenings. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be staying here again on my next visit to Lulea. Additionally, it is situated close to the sea, offering beautiful views and the opportunity for waterfront activities. The hotel also boasts a great location in terms of public transport, with easy access to buses and trains. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay. The breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a wide variety of options to satisfy different tastes.

The temperature control in the room was problematic, as it was too warm and there were no individual AC units or fans available.

The hotel had a spa and wellness center, complete with saunas and a Turkish bath, which was a great way to unwind after a long day of exploring. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, providing excellent service from check-in to check-out. The room itself was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed, from a mini-bar to a flat-screen TV. The breakfast spread on the top floor was absolutely impressive, offering a wide variety of high-quality foods to start the day off right. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

this time at the hotel sense was even better than my previous stay in lulea. the modern and clean rooms, beautiful foyer with atmospheric lighting, and amazing breakfast made my stay truly enjoyable. the location was also great, close to the bus stop, shops, and restaurants. highly recommended!

The breakfast was a great start to the day with a good variety of freshly baked bread, cold cuts, warm choices like eggs and sausages, and options for those with a sweet tooth. the central location was perfect for exploring the city. the service was friendly, and the interior provided great views.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled, and the window couldn't be opened. This was a drawback for me, as I prefer individual control over such things.
