Spent my New Year in this old-fashioned hotel and had an amazing time! the breakfast was so good, especially the traditional Swedish dish. the location couldn't be better, just minutes away from the main attraction of the city. the staff was very friendly and always eager to help. they offered us a spa session that we enjoyed a lot.

Sadly, our room was a little bit outdated and required a renovation, which affected the overall experience. the heating system was not working as expected, and the bed could have been more comfortable.

Excellent location in the old city, close to the harbor, shops, and restaurants. Amazing public spaces, especially the lobby and bar. Breakfast buffet has a wide selection of tasty choices. Friendly staff, provided a kettle on request. Quiet room with good hot water supply and the option to open the window for fresh air.

He greeted us early in the morning and even invited us to have breakfast while we waited for our room. it was a great experience.

Overall a good experience

I arrived late at night and was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member who offered me a hot cup of tea and dry clothes since I was drenched from the rain. They made me feel welcomed and even prepared a delicious breakfast box for me the next morning. I was allowed to dry my tent next to the entrance, which was very convenient. The rooms were elegant and clean, and the location of the hotel was great. The only downside was that the heating could have been better as the room was a bit cold. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
