Wonderful stay, helpful staff, delicious Swedish Smorgasbord, great location near town square and shops, spacious room with nice view and good shower, excellent breakfast and dinner options.

We had a great stay at a very central and beautiful hotel. the breakfast and dinner included were beyond great, with a wide selection and tasty options. the staff was always helpful and accommodating, and even helped us with a medical issue. the hotel's interior was super nice and the rooms cozy. A place to be recommended.

Located in the center of the city, Clarion Collection Hotel Plaza Karlstad is the perfect base for exploring. With shopping centers and restaurants within walking distance, it offers convenience and variety. The rooms are clean and modern, with comfortable beds and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet is impressive, offering a wide selection of tasty options. Plus, the hotel's central location provides great views of the surrounding city.

The view from our room was impressive, with the beautiful city on display. the breakfast was also great, with delicious options to choose from. the location was perfect, as it was close to many restaurants and shops, making our romantic escape even more special.

Sadly, the room was dirty and full of clutter, making it hard for us to feel comfortable. the noise outside was maddening, as we could hear traffic and loud noises all night long.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The location right in front of the train station was incredibly convenient, making it easy for me to explore the city. The staff provided exceptional service, including a welcome drink upon arrival and assistance with arranging tours and tickets. The room was well equipped with amenities such as air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. I especially enjoyed the beautiful garden furniture outside where I could relax and enjoy the fresh air. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of dining options, including a restaurant and a lounge area, where I could enjoy delicious meals and drinks.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near the railway station and in the middle of the historical center. The building looks new and the rooms are spacious with great shower pressure. The breakfast and dinner included in the price were delicious and the bar had a good selection. The staff was helpful and accommodating.
