Connect Hotel in Kista was a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean and cozy, with all the necessary amenities including towels, hair dryer, and toiletries. The bed was comfortable and there were extra pillows and blankets available. Having a TV in the room was a plus, although I wish there were more than 3 channels to choose from. The breakfast offered a wide selection of food, and I especially enjoyed the coffee. The gym was convenient and even had bicycles available for use. The hotel is located in the heart of the Kista business area, making it handy for business travel. The receptionist was friendly and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the room being a bit small and the air conditioning being difficult to control, I would still recommend Connect Hotel Kista for a comfortable and convenient stay when visiting for business. it was a good experience.

That the rooms had almost no soundproofing, which could be improved.

The hotel had a lovely style and everything was in good shape, which added to the cozy atmosphere. the breakfast offered was good and offered a tasty variety of options to choose from. the location of the hotel was very convenient with easy access to public transport, making it easy to get around the city. One of the best aspects was the large bathroom with heated floors and towel dryer, which made our stay even more comfortable during the cold winter season.

I must admit that our room was a bit dark due to the glass windows and thin walls, which made it quite noisy when someone was using the gym in the morning or night. the view from our window was to an inner courtyard which faced the fitness center, so we had to keep the blinds closed most of the time.
