The value for money was great, and the room was clean and modern with a comfortable bed and a nice view of the waterfront. The location was perfect, close to the hop on hop off bus stop and within easy reach of all the attractions. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.

The breakfast experience could have been improved by offering a wider variety of vegetarian options.

I recently stayed at the charming Hotel Reisen in the heart of Gamla Stan for 3 nights. The exceptional staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable, providing helpful recommendations and always being friendly and accommodating. The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short stroll away from the palace and a variety of fantastic restaurants. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had great views of the sea. I also loved the nearby bakery for delicious breakfasts and coffee. Highly recommended!

Spacious cabins offer a comfortable stay, while the breakfast selection is delicious with good variety of meals. Front desk and breakfast staff are helpful and friendly. The spa offers a relaxing experience for guests. Beautiful view of rooftops from balcony rooms.

Our recent stay at this hotel was absolutely luxurious! We were impressed with the exclusive amenities and personalized service provided at this venue. the Spa & wellness centre was world-class with numerous treatments including full body massages and beauty services. the breakfast was of top quality and the bar/lounge area was cozy and inviting with a great selection of drinks.

While our room had all exclusive facilities, we did encounter a minor issue with the limited closet space. this was a minor inconvenience considering the luxurious stay.

The complementary breakfast was excellent, fresh produce and great variety. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the complementary slippers were comfy.

The elevator and plumbing are in desperate need of attention. the broken elevator and clogged bathtub drain left us frustrated.

This waterfront hotel is perfectly located next to the castle and just footsteps away from the shops and restaurants of the charming old town area. The buffet breakfast is excellent with a large selection of dishes. The staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is equipped with all the necessary modern amenities.

Parking can be expensive and not mentioned in advance.

We had a fantastic stay in this hotel located next to the palace. The location is the best, within walking distance of downtown and Sodermalm, and opposite the pier where you can take the shuttle to other islands. The hotel facilities were great, with a lovely spa area including a sauna and plunge pool. The breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of hot and cold items, and the staff were friendly and always there to help.
