The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff and the bartenders in the restaurant/bar. the hotel itself is well, appointed and has great amenities. I also enjoyed the outstanding meal I had in the restaurant during my stay.

There were some aspects of my stay that were disappointing. it was incredibly frustrating that I couldn't reach the front desk by phone, no matter how many times I tried.

We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The location right on the waterfront was absolutely stunning. We loved waking up to the beautiful view every morning. The hotel facilities were top-notch and the cleanliness of the rooms was exceptional. Additionally, the staff were friendly, cheerful, and always ready to help. Their exceptional service made our stay even more enjoyable.

The hotel's location is perfect, right in between the business district and the museums. It is also close to Gamla Stan and the Vasa Museum, as well as other museums in the area. The staff is very friendly and helpful, especially Max, the transportation/bellman/doorman. The hotel facilities are great, including the restaurant and lounge area, which provide good food and service. The cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch.

The hotel is in a great location, close to many popular tourist sights and a well-known department store. It is within walking distance to attractions such as the VASA Museum and ABBA Museum, and the Royal Palace. the hotel offers a stunning sea view, which was especially beautiful during the winter visit. the afternoon tea and breakfast served at the hotel were of high quality.

Some of the hotel rooms have steps to the bathroom, which can be inconvenient for those with disabilities or individuals who frequently need to use the bathroom at night. the bathroom in the hotel room was functional and clean, but lacked style and quality that would be expected in a 5-star hotel.

I had an exceptional experience at The Diplomat. The location was perfect for exploring the city's popular attractions. The doorman was fantastic and provided outstanding service throughout my stay. The room itself was well-appointed and larger than expected. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early after a long flight.

The only minor drawback was the small shower area in the bathroom, but everything else about the room was outstanding.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right on the waterfront, with beautiful views. It is within walking distance of many popular attractions, such as Djorgarden, Gamla, SaluHall, and restaurants in Ostermalm. The room is comfortable and spacious, and the bathroom is modern and up to date. The staff is very helpful, especially Emma and Daniela from the reception and the personnel at T/ Bar. The breakfast offers a great variety of choices, including a delicious cheese selection.

We recently had a romantic escape and everything was just perfect. the complimentary hour in the spa room was amazing and a great way to unwind. the hotel is located in a prime spot with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas. the view from the room was breathtaking and made our stay even more special.

The noise from passing cars and traffic kept us up at night. the room was also a bit cramped, which meant we had to upgrade to a more expensive room to be more comfortable.
