We were pleasantly surprised by this place. The staff was exceptional, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The breakfast was also exceptional, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The rooms were uniquely designed and comfortable, with in-room coffee and tea facilities for our convenience. We were especially impressed with the stunning pool, which featured an underwater exposition. The in-house glass-bar and restaurant had very friendly staff and provided a wonderful dining experience.

This hotel is highly recommended to everyone.

The staff and breakfast were exceptional. The hotel's unique style with artwork from famous glass artists was a treat. The spa, blue glass bar, and facilities were fantastic. Great access to art glass shops and fashion outlets.

Glass art, high-standard breakfast, lobby, swimming pool, and proximity to art glass shops and fashion outlet store. Superb room and bathroom comfort. Exceptional staff, breakfast, dinner, and services. Far from chaos. Worth it.

The hotel had a great swimming pool and it was great to see the underwater glass art displays. , the hotel's location was perfect, as it was situated close to the glass factory and outlet. the breakfast was yummy and had a lot of variety.

During our new year's stay, we had a terrible experience with the staff. They were not friendly and did not provide us with the information we needed.
