Conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance to attractions. Buffet-style breakfast and dinner with a wide variety of fresh and appetizing choices. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and modern rooms with a TV and ample channels. Spacious desks for work and a small gym available.

Starting the new year in this hotel was a good experience. The breakfast was a highlight, especially the variety of teas and tasty sausages. Another plus was the powerful shower and the heated bathroom floor which contributed to a comfortable stay. The location was also great, as it was in the heart of the city and close to everything we needed. Finally, the smoothies served during breakfast were refreshing and delicious.

There were some issues. Housekeeping could have done a better job, as the room was not as clean as it should have been.

Although the rooms are rather dated, they are always kept clean by the staff. The breakfast is a highlight, with a large assortment of options to choose from, including lactose-free choices. I especially enjoyed the warm bread that was served in the morning.

All was satisfactory, no improvements necessary.

It is also conveniently located near the congress center, making it ideal for business travelers. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. The breakfast buffet offers a wide variety of delicious options, including hot dishes, cold cuts, yogurts, and even pancakes. this hotel provides a great experience for its guests.

Some guests mentioned that there were no plugs in the bathroom, making it difficult to style their hair near a mirror.

We had a very convenient stay at Clarion Collection Hotel Uppsala, thanks to its close proximity to the train station. The modern design and comfortable rooms made our stay enjoyable. The highlight was the complete breakfast, although we did miss having normal milk and whole-grain bread. Despite these minor drawbacks, we would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.
