The service at Quality Hotel Friends was exceptional. When my daughter fell ill during our stay, they quickly arranged for a room change and even served us breakfast in the room the next day. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The hotel's location, just one minute away from the Mall of Scandinavia, was also very convenient. The breakfast spread was great and the hotel had a cozy restaurant on the 25th floor, which was a hit with everyone, including the kids. The Lollo & Bernie playground was a fantastic addition as well. I had a wonderful experience at Quality Hotel Friends and would highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, being right next to a huge mall. It made shopping and dining so convenient for us. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to fulfill our requests. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. We especially loved the warm waffles. we had a fantastic stay here and would definitely recommend it to others.

We had a bit of trouble finding parking and understanding the parking fees. The train station was also a bit difficult to locate.

The rooms offer impressive floor-to-ceiling windows, providing great views of the surroundings. Additionally, the breakfast buffet is large and has something for everyone, ensuring a satisfying start to the day.

The parking situation can be a hassle, especially during big events at the nearby arena.

I had a great experience at Quality Hotel Friends. The hotel is very well located, just beside a large mall and it's convenient to reach downtown by train. Despite being close to the railway, the room was not noisy at all. The breakfast had lots of choices and a big space, and the view from the higher floors at dusk was amazing.
