We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, being right next to the Globen shopping centre and only a short walk to the metro station. This made it easy for us to explore the city and attend nearby events. The room was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed, including ironing facilities and a mini-bar. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of delicious options. Additionally, the hotel had fantastic leisure facilities, including a sauna and a fitness centre, perfect for relaxing after a long day of sightseeing.

Had a great Easter break at this hotel. the breakfast buffet was outstanding with plenty of options and all you can eat. the location was perfect, with a railway station nearby and within easy reach of all the sights. the staff were friendly and helpful. the complementary tea, coffee, and cake were a pleasant surprise, and the hotel's private parking was very convenient.

The hotel rooms lacked enough lighting which was not great, especially with the showers leaking water all over the floor. It was quite noisy late at night, which made it challenging to sleep.

Exceptional service from the hotel staff. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late. Nothing it was perfect.

The staff at the bar were unhelpful and refused to assist me in using the lift. I had to wait in a long queue at the reception just to address a simple issue. Eventually, someone begrudgingly helped me, but they directed me to the wrong lift, leading to a frustrating detour. It was a waste of 30 minutes due to the lack of cooperation from the bar staff.

The value for money at this hotel was great, with clean and practical rooms. The location was also excellent. The staff treated us very well and made us feel relaxed throughout our stay.
