We had a fantastic stay in Kiruna, with the hotel conveniently located in the heart of the city. We enjoyed dining in a cozy restaurant, which was just a short walk from the old church and the bus station. The room was clean and had everything we needed, providing a comfortable stay. The staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast offered a delicious variety of options. We were also pleased with the bar downstairs, where we could relax and enjoy a wide selection of drinks.

The shower accommodation could use an upgrade, perhaps adding an all-in-one bath body and shampoo dispenser for convenience.

The lobby offers a gift shop and deli, perfect for impulse buying and indulging in delicious snacks. The restaurant serves mouthwatering home-cooked meals. Centrally located, making exploration easy.

The sauna and relaxation area were so relaxing, I almost missed my flight. How inconsiderate of them to create such a comfortable space.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Spis Hotel & Hostel. The food at their restaurant was absolutely amazing, by far the best in town. The location couldn't be better, right in the heart of the city. The staff was kind and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. Even though there were a few minor hiccups, like a confusing check-in process and slow wifi, they were overshadowed by the overall positive experience. The comfortable rooms and excellent food more than made up for it. I highly recommend Spis Hotel & for a great stay in Kiruna.

We had a great stay at the hotel. The location was very convenient, just a short walk from the bus station, church, and camping site where we could see the beautiful aurora. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the staff was nice and helpful. The breakfast was absolutely delicious with a wide variety of options. We even had the option to take it away one day, which was also enjoyable. it was a good experience and we would recommend it.
