We had a great stay at a lovely resort with a fantastic location. the staff were incredibly helpful when we had a small issue with our room, and they quickly assisted us. the breakfast provided was delicious, and we enjoyed the beautiful view of the sea. the resort was clean and had many facilities to offer, including a swimming pool and bike rental. We had a wonderful experience overall and are already planning our next stay here!

The hotel has a great location by the sea, offering beautiful views and a tranquil atmosphere. It is within walking distance of the medieval town wall and the village center, making it convenient for exploring the area. The rooms are nice and modern, with comfortable beds and well-equipped bathrooms. The hotel also has a lovely breakfast served in the main building, with a variety of options to choose from. The pool area is relaxing and there are sunbeds available for guests to enjoy.

Some guests have mentioned issues with the service level, with staff being unhelpful and unresponsive at times.

The receptionist, Linnea, was excellent. Good play area for kids and outdoor gym. Cleanliness and food were good, though limited options. Johan, the animation staff, organized fun activities. Spacious rooms with comfy beds and nice pool view. Helpful staff, great location with stunning sunset views. Beach Bar had delicious food and good service.

The hotel was a great base for a city break, with a central location and easy access to all the key sights. We loved the clean and modern accommodation, including the spacious bungalows and lovely swimming pool. the breakfast offered excellent options and really set us up for a day of exploring.

While we enjoyed our stay overall, we did find that the service level could be improved. the staff weren't always as proactive as we would have liked, and there were a few small issues with things like payment confirmation.

Everything is what I need and want.

We had a great time at this place. The location was perfect, as it was right by the beach and we could enjoy the beautiful sea views at night. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious terrace and comfortable sitting area. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service, from the welcome drink to the room service. The outdoor swimming pool was a great place to relax, and the jacuzzi was a nice touch. The hotel also offered a variety of activities, such as yoga classes and massage services. We highly recommend this hotel to all.

That the cleaning could have been better and there were some minor repairs needed in the rooms. However, overall, this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful time at Novi Resort, with one of the highlights being the beach club. The friendly service and beautiful beachside location made it a must-visit spot. Although the food and wine weren't the best on the island, the convenience of being just a short stroll from my bungalow to enjoy the sunset with a good meal and a glass of wine was perfect. I found myself going there every night instead of walking into town. I highly recommend don't miss the beach club at Novi Resort.
