I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious 4-star hotel down by the sea, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location here is simply stunning, with breathtaking views of the fjord. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction, making me feel truly pampered. From the moment I checked in, the friendly receptionist made me feel welcome, even arranging a taxi for me. Throughout my stay, she remembered me and provided exceptional service. Another standout was Pontus, who went out of his way to assist me with my travel plans and even brought me a delicious sandwich when the kitchen had closed. Their genuine care and dedication will definitely have me coming back, and I have already recommended this place to friends who have business in the area.

The spa area could benefit from better organization and communication regarding the facilities and locker keys.

The Christmas decorations were very nice and made the atmosphere very festive. the buffet breakfast offered a good variety of food, including different types of bread and pastries. the location of the hotel was great, with beautiful views of the surrounding countryside. We also appreciated the complimentary hot drinks in the lobby.

The room was outdated and in need of renovation. the bed was uncomfortable and we had trouble sleeping.

Het appartement is prachtig ingericht en modern, met een goed uitgeruste keuken en prachtig uitzicht op zowel de oceaan als de lagune. De communicatie met de eigenaar was uitstekend en de locatie was geweldig, op slechts een steenworp afstand van het strand. We zouden zeker weer boeken als we terugkeren naar deze bestemming.

I had an amazing time at Vann Spa Hotell & Konferens. The spa was absolutely incredible, with multiple choices of baths that had different themes. The pool was large and the perfect temperature, and the outside spas offered a breathtaking view. The saunas were relaxing, although my boyfriend thought they could be warmer. The food was good, especially the breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options. We were entertained by David and Thilda who provided wonderful music. The hotel also had a great compromise for families, allowing children until 6 o'clock and then becoming adults only. I had a fantastic experience and definitely plan on returning.
