We had a fantastic time at this hotel during our trip on the Glacier Express. The location was perfect, just a few meters from the train station. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel itself is modern and the rooms were spotlessly clean, with a great bathroom. Despite the elevator being under construction, the staff kindly took our heavy suitcases to our room. this hotel was amazing.
