The service at this hotel was exceptional. We accidentally booked the wrong room, but the staff immediately found a solution and even gave us free public transport passes. The breakfast was delicious and they even partnered with a nearby restaurant for dinner. The rooms were clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was perfect, right at the lower station of the funicular that takes you directly to the railway station. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring that all my requests, such as down-feather free pillows, were taken care of. The breakfast room had a wide selection of delicious food, making it a perfect start to the day. The hotel rooms were recently renovated and had the added bonus of air-conditioning, which was much-needed during the hot summer weather in this city.

The hotel's location was perfect for exploring the city center and just a few steps from Lugano Lake. We were able to visit the Congress Centrum, the Casino of Lugano, the Conza Pavilion, and the railway station with ease. Additionally, there were plenty of outdoor activities nearby, including beautiful hiking and biking trails that offered stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

My children wanted a swimming pool for some extra fun.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was extremely convenient, as it is right at the lower station of the funicular to-and-from the train station. This made it very easy for us to travel to and from the hotel with our luggage. Additionally, the hotel is located in the heart of this city, with a short 2-minute stroll to the lake. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding and the facilities were of a high standard. We were particularly impressed with the breakfast, which offered a good choice and quality of food. The staff were also very nice and helpful throughout our stay.

Close to funicular, with window overlooking the line. Managed to sleep well with double glazed windows and air conditioning. Good location near lake, shops, and restaurants. Breakfast had enough choices, including almond and coconut milk. Provided free city transportation card and safety kits to guests.
