Clean rooms and comfortable beds. Convenient ski storage room and easy access to the lift via bus. Breakfast area doubles as a pleasant lounge. Helpful and friendly staff, particularly Guido at reception. Great location in the charming part of town. Spacious and elegant facilities. Good breakfast.

Spent a wonderful Christmas in a cozy hotel surrounded by mountains. Loved the beautiful room, with a balcony overlooking the snow-capped peaks. They had a great chef who not only prepared delicious meals but also customized dishes as per our liking. the staff was awesome too, always ready to help and provided excellent recommendations for skiing and other activities in the surroundings.

The breakfast options were limited, and some items ran out quickly. It would have been great to have more variety and sufficient quantities to cater to all guests.
