Rooms were clean and modern, with a working fridge and complimentary water. The location was convenient, with easy access to Brig and nearby restaurants. Free parking next to the hotel was a great bonus. The balcony was lovely, although there was some smoking nearby. Checking in at Hotel Touring was smooth, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel for a one night stay.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was lovely! the rooms were very clean and cozy, we especially enjoyed the coffee machine and the complimentary water. the location was perfect, close to the city center and some nice restaurants nearby. the free parking was a great advantage, and we appreciated not having to worry about parking our car. the staff was very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any queries we had. it was a very pleasant experience.

The bar downstairs was quite noisy at night, making it difficult for us to sleep. there was no information provided in advance regarding getting the key at another location, which caused us some confusion upon arrival.
