The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city and nearby attractions. Although there were some minor issues with the room's cleanliness, the staff was quick to address them and offered excellent customer service. I had a pleasant stay at this hotel.

Great location for exploring the city and enjoying the surrounding attractions. Supermarkets and restaurants are just a stone's throw away, making it convenient for dining out or grabbing groceries. the bus stop is conveniently close, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist with any requests. the highlight of my stay was definitely the pool - a great way to relax and cool off after a day of exploring.

The room cleanliness could have been better, as I noticed some areas were not as clean as they could have been. the bathrooms seemed a bit outdated compared to the modern rooms, with some wooden fixtures that didn't quite match the overall aesthetic.

I had such a great time in this venue. One of the things I loved about it was its location in the centre of the city. Despite that, it was in a calm area which made it perfect for relaxation. What's more, I could see the lake from here in Paradiso which made the views even more stunning. The services provided were amazing including room service, car hire, bell staff/porter, housekeeping, laundry. I was welcomed by a refreshing drink and my pet had great amenities available. The room was so comfortable and had everything I needed, such as heating and air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a minibar.

Great location near lake and restaurants, plenty of parking options. Modern, clean rooms with soundproof windows, comfortable beds. Delicious breakfast buffet with fresh-made omelettes and pancakes, unique honeycomb selection. Helpful and friendly staff, accommodated requests quickly. Dog-friendly hotel with high-quality accommodations for pets.

Helpful staff, free public transport, easy check-in and parking, clean room with security box and coffee machine, good location with highway access.

Complimentary drinks and snacks in the room were a nice touch, as was the free shuttle service to all major attractions. the location was perfect for exploring the city and the surrounding area. the view from the rooftop terrace was breathtaking.

The room smelled musty and the air conditioning was not working properly. the bathroom was small and poorly lit.

The hotel is conveniently located, not far from the train station and in a quiet neighborhood. It's also close to Mount San Salvatore, the city landmark. The rooms are clean and of a decent size, with friendly staff providing good service. The breakfast is delicious and there is a nice view from some of the rooms. the hotel offers underground parking with reserved spaces.

The lack of basic facilities such as a kettle and room service is disappointing.

The room had good air conditioning, and the WiFi was excellent. Parking was available, and there were some good restaurants nearby. The swimming pool/terrace on the roof was a great feature, and the room was clean and spacious with a big TV and a well-stocked minibar. The bed was comfortable, making for a pleasant stay.
