The hotel's location is absolutely amazing, right on the lakeside near bars, restaurants, and shops. It's the perfect spot to explore the area. The staff at this hotel are terrific, always prompt in replying and attending to every detail. Their service is top-notch and they go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. The rooms are clean, tidy, and quite nice. They may not be the most elegant, but they are well-maintained with comfortable beds and some even have a small balcony with a great view of the lake. The breakfast at the hotel's open-fronted restaurant is fantastic. The croissants are of really good quality and there's ample choice. Plus, you can enjoy your meal while facing the lake, which is a wonderful way to start the day.

The view of the lake and surrounding mountains was breathtaking and really made the trip for us. the breakfast selection was varied and everything was fresh - especially the croissants. the staff were friendly, attentive and spoke multiple languages which was appreciated.

The shower area was quite slippery and there was no mat, which could be dangerous for some guests. the restaurant could have been a little cosier in the evenings.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the shores of Lake Maggiore, offering breathtaking views of the lake. The rooms are immaculate with modern decor and excellent amenities. The breakfast spread is generous, with a good selection of hot food and a mix of buffet and waiter service. The staff is friendly and welcoming, providing great local knowledge and making guests feel like cherished friends.

While the hotel provides a cooler in the room, it would be more convenient to have a proper fridge for chilling beverages.

Perfectly located near ferry wharf. Quiet waterfront. Delicious breakfast. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Highly recommend.

The room at Albergo Carcani By Ketty & Tommy was beautifully designed and impeccably clean. The balcony provided a stunning view and the location was conveniently in the center of town. The staff went above and beyond to assist us during our stay. I highly recommend this hotel.
